What is Barista Hero?

Barista Hero is all about celebrating baristas. They brighten people’s days with the perfect espresso, a smile, a chat, or simply their enthusiasm. This event honors their craftsmanship and passion, showing just how important they are behind the bar. It’s a campaign where we share stories, showcase talent, and ultimately come together for the Barista Hero finale, where eight baristas with the most compelling stories and votes face off.

About us: We are Alleborgh Espresso. Every day, we make sure baristas can work at their best and home baristas can enjoy the finest machines. Our goal? To make the best coffee experience accessible to everyone, hassle-free, with service, craftsmanship, and a smile. For us, coffee isn’t just a drink; it’s a moment of calm, connection and a ritual that makes life a little bit better.

How Barista Hero works:

✓ Share the story of your favorite barista so they can earn a spot in the finale.
✓ Nominations are open until January 31, 2026.
✓ A member of Alleborgh will visit the nominee as Mystery Guest.
✓ From all entries, we select eight baristas.
✓ Their submitted stories will be shared on Instagram, where people can vote again.
✓ On March 20, we’ll announce the winners during the finale:

• 1st prize: La Marzocco Linea Micra

• 2nd prize: La Marzocco Pico (latte art battle)

• 3rd prize: PUQ Navigator (latte art battle)
