Slow coffee is really on the rise, with the hospitality sector showing a great interest in this brewing method. However, slow brewing is usually too time-consuming for most cafes and restaurants, as they prefer to brew in batches. Fortunately, slow brewing is now possible with the Wave brewer, from 0.5 litres, and with the ICBA brewer, from 1.0 litre to 5.7 litres. And so the classic lungo is being increasingly replaced by more delicate, refined filter coffees, a great development which Alleborgh is happy to be involved in.
