At Alleborgh B.V., we do our best to deliver every order carefully and as quickly as possible. Below you will find information about our delivery and shipping process.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery within the Netherlands<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We currently deliver orders within the Netherlands only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All orders are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No separate shipping costs are charged for standard delivery within the Netherlands.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The average delivery time is 2 to 6 business days, depending on the product and its availability.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expected delivery time may vary depending on product availability and our carrier’s delivery schedule.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on these days will be shipped the same day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an order is unexpectedly delayed, we will keep the customer informed as much as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Delivery Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Orders are delivered by a private courier service arranged by Alleborgh B.V.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow the delivery.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery Address<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Your order will be delivered to the address provided during the checkout process.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is therefore important to make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer if necessary to discuss a suitable solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damaged Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We take great care when packaging and shipping our products.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please check your order upon delivery. If the package or product is visibly damaged or if you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible via:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our statutory obligations towards consumers remain fully applicable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large or Heavy Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For large or heavy products, an adjusted delivery method may be used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard delivery means delivery to the agreed shipping address. Additional services, such as installation, placement or carrying a product to another floor, are only included if this has been explicitly agreed with Alleborgh B.V. in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
